NOVA HD Won't open or is not opening all the way

These instructions provide guidance on how to open your Nova HD if you are having trouble opening it

If your Nova HD umbrella is not opening or not opening all the way, you will just need to get under the umbrella while it's opened as much as it will and push each of the arms out from the inside.

This is not a fault, it is due to the Nova canopy arms being so long and sometimes (usually happens if the umbrella has been closed for a while) they need a bit of a push outward.

Please try our recommendation above and if this doesn't work then check the sliders on the canopy arm struts, they should be pushed toward the canopy edge.

The below pictures show the spacers at the wrong end of the canopy arm, your spacers may be a different colour.
